Autobiography
My name is Calvin G. Blue Jr. I am 18 years old. I am currently attending Maryland Institute College of Art(MICA) as a freshmen. As an art student I have decided to major in painting and minor in video. I have had quite a bit professional experience as far as exhibitions and sales. I have done multiple exhibitions with Ken Capone at Coup d' oeil Art Consortium. Coup d' Oeil Art Consortium is also the primary gallery of where I sale my artwork. In a lot of my work I try to create messages from my own experiences or my train of thought. I also use those ideas to create subliminal and surreal pieces of artwork that people may relate to.
Cause For The Site
I created this site to help market myself in the world of art. I also have had recent difficulty with my tuition for school. Apparently, there are not many scholarships for art students, but I try my best to earn as many as I possibly can.
